Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. Use of the Service on behalf of a company binds that company to these terms.

You are responsible for the credentials you choose and for all activity under your account. Share access only through the Members feature — never share passwords.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, fail to pay, or trigger excessive platform risk (chargebacks, fraud signals).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activity or violate a third-party's rights.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, or malware.
• Attack, scan, or attempt to compromise any system or user.
• Resell raw device access outside your organisation without written consent.
• Violate the platform terms of the apps you run on your cloud phones (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) in ways that expose us to legal liability.

You are solely responsible for the content you post through cloud phones and for complying with the terms of those destination platforms.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. A phones plan paid by card is a monthly subscription that renews automatically: each month the same card is charged the plan's current price via Stripe, until you cancel. Auto-renewal is on by default and can be switched off at checkout, in which case the payment covers one month and does not renew. The Automation add-on is paid in crypto only, 30 days per payment, and does not renew automatically; one bought before October 12, 2026 keeps renewing as before (by card or from the wallet) until you cancel. A plan paid from your wallet (topped up by card or crypto) renews from the wallet balance every 30 days while the balance covers the price, until you cancel; if the balance is short on the renewal date, the plan is not renewed and ends. No crypto payment is ever taken from you automatically: crypto only tops up your wallet, and only when you start the payment.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded.

Usage beyond your bonus minutes is billed at the per-minute rate posted in the Billing page, with a per-phone daily cap. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

If a card renewal charge fails, that subscription is marked past due, and only that subscription is affected: a failed renewal of the phones plan stops your cloud phones, and a failed renewal of the Automation add-on pauses automation. You have 48 hours from the renewal date to pay, through the payment link we email you or from the Billing page. Once paid within that window, the subscription continues; stopped phones are not restarted automatically, so you start them again from the dashboard. If the payment is still missing after 48 hours, the subscription is cancelled: for the phones plan, the phones are permanently deleted with their apps and data; the Automation add-on simply ends. We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability, third-party platform restrictions, or force majeure events.

The Service, its code, UI, trademarks and documentation remain our property. Content you create on cloud phones (posts, media, data) remains yours — you grant us a limited license to host and process it only to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost accounts, reputation harm).

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; the Service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date we stop the cloud phones and suspend automations, and 48 hours later the phones are permanently deleted with their apps and data unless you subscribe again. Upon termination of your account we also delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes are announced with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-dashboard banner. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, the jurisdiction in which Neutral AI LLC is registered. Disputes are handled in those courts unless a mandatory consumer protection law says otherwise.
